Le manifestazioni si svolgono in un area demaniale cittadina (strada di Viale Regina Elena compreso il sedime stradale e la Piazza Valdesi) senza precludere la normale fruizione pubblica, non limitandola con accessi o ingressi.
The events take place in a public area (Between Regina Elena Street, including streets, side-walks, and Valdesi Square) without precluding the normal public use, without accesses and admittances.
